An all you care to eat cafe, serving made from scratch meals that use seasonal and sustainable local ingredients. Our cafe options consist of hot and cold entrees, with both vegan and vegetarian options, a specialized vegan bar filled with cold salads, vegan meats, and seasonal tapenades, create-your-own meal areas, where you can sautee your own meals with our equipment and add-ins of your choice, and many more stations that offer healthy and fulfilling meal options.

Bon Appétit Joins Forces with Hampton Creek
Hampton Creek’s groundbreaking products are all-natural and delicious! Instead of eggs, they use more sustainable ingredients (like yellow peas in Just Mayo and sorghum flour in Just Cookies) to create scrumptious foods with great texture and flavor – that are also better for the earth.

Express Meal Order Form
Bon Appétit is happy to provide carry out meals for meal plan holders unable to attend regularly scheduled meals due to class conflicts, work or illness. Completed forms need to be turned in to the checker at the Dining Commons by noon on the previous day or emailed to email@example.com. Each meal requested will be deducted from the student’s meal plan as if the student was eating a meal in the Dining Commons. Carry Out options are available Monday to Friday only and students should pick up meals within an hour of the designated time. Students picking up meals for an ill student must present a valid ID card to verify their identity. Express Meal Order Form
Pack-out Guide for Teams & Student Groups
We recognize that there may be times during the academic year that students in your organization find it impossible to attend meals in the Dining Hall at the normally scheduled meal times. The Pack-out program was designed to accommodate those instances! If your college-sponsored group, club or team cannot attend the normally scheduled meal in the dining hall, you may order a Pack-out meal (minimum of 15 students) and, in exchange, an equivalent board meal will be deducted from each student’s weekly allowance. The following information will guide you through the steps necessary to meet the requirements of this program.

All menu items are packed in bulk recyclable containers and include recyclable serviceware, plates, and bowls, cutlery, napkins and condiments. Please let us know of any allergies that may need to be accommodated.
